Travel Physical Therapist - $1,920 per week

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Start date is as soon as possible.

About the role

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• 40 hours per week
• 9-hour day shifts (08:00–16:00)

Pay

Pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
