Job Details

• Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP)
• Location: Valparaiso, Indiana
• Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• CPR certification
• Active and applicable license for Indiana
• All licenses in good standing
• 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience
• No new graduate restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assignment completed with the organization or its affiliates is highly desired
• Experience in outpatient settings
