Requirements

• Current state or compact Physical Therapy license (active or pending)
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Current resume
• Two current leadership references and one current co‑worker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening

Schedule

5 × 8‑hour days, 06:00 – 14:00, totaling 40 hours per week.
