We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic environment, providing essential rehabilitation services to patients in need. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapeutic treatment programs aimed at enhancing patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and education.

Schedule

This position will be full-time, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
