Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Sherwood, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with the assigned caseload and plan of care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a PT setting
- Valid Oregon PT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States
