Travel Physical Therapist - $1,897 per week

AHS Staffing is looking for a Physical Therapist for a Long Term (Travel) position in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
