Travel Physical Therapist - $1,894 per week

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ year of recent experience for a day shift travel contract in an acute care physical therapy setting in Longview, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapist experience required.
• Active PT license required if applicable; no pending licenses unless otherwise noted.
• All certifications must remain active for at least 30 days beyond the contract start date.
• Driver's license required for consideration.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position.
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration.
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
