Travel Physical Therapist - $1,890 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a position in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Long Term Care setting.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with medical staff.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of experience in Long Term Care Physical Therapy.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
