About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting July 20, 2026, in Kapaʻa, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Hawaii
- At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 10 hours, evenings.
