Travel Physical Therapist - $1,883 per week

About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. This role is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities. The Physical Therapist also serves as an educator to patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves while upholding the organization's mission and core values, including compliance with the organizational Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilizes clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Documents care in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner following state and federal guidelines.
• Participates in student programs, providing a positive learning environment.
• Creates a professional development plan and pursues continuing education opportunities.
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to ethical standards of conduct.
• Demonstrates awareness of performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract & local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.

Schedule

Start Date: 11/02/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week. Shift: 12 hours, flexible. Employment Type: Travel. This is a 13‑week contract position. Schedule Shift: 5x8.0.
