AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Rogers, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $563.70

Schedule
