Travel Physical Therapist - $1,865 per week

Job Summary

A licensed physical therapist working in inpatient rehabilitation in Independence, Missouri. The position involves providing evaluation and treatment services within a 285-bed acute care and inpatient rehab unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. This is a full-time role offering a schedule of five 8-hour days Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) valid state licensure
• No minimum years of experience required
• Able to work in the United States
• Available to start on 06/29/2026

Schedule

5 days per week, 8 hours per day, from 08:00 to 16:30, with flexibility to cover weekends every 6 weeks and adjust off days accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care and rehabilitation experience
• Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system preferred

Patient Ratios

• Acute (12:1)
• Rehab (4-5:1)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
