About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Waimea, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Hawaii
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Pass a criminal background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 11 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 11 hours, evenings.
