About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and documentation systems
- Knowledge of common orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of diverse patient populations
Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
