Travel Physical Therapist - $1,828 per week

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises and activities
• Train patients in proper use of assistive devices such as walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Meditech
• Use equipment including walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
• Florida License Assignment Details
• Shift Hours: 0900-1730
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Equipment used includes walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs
• Typical procedures include evaluations, treatment, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
