About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Mount Sterling, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Adhere to client’s schedule and requirements
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Kentucky
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or current RN license
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
