About the role

This is a 1-month contract position for an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Fort Collins, Colorado. The schedule is a 5x8.0 schedule (5 days a week, 8 hours a day).

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document patient care clearly, accurately, and timely in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Design functional treatment programs for an effective return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers.
• Delegate discipline-specific therapy services.
• Participate in student program activities, providing a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development and maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Adhere to ethical standards and performance improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active licensure for the state where the work will be performed.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
