About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting
- Valid KY License
- BLS Certification
- Eligible to work in the United States
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice in the state of Kentucky
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Skills
