Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Lakewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting
• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs
• Administer therapy treatments according to physician’s orders
• Evaluate and record patient progress
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a PT setting
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Valid New Jersey PT license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Eligibility to work in the United States
