Travel Physical Therapist - $1,774 per week

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist needed for 13-week assignment in Littleton, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
• Ensure the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration and delegate therapy services for assigned patients.
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, and coworkers.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document medical records in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
• Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in the student program as appropriate.
• Create an individualized professional development plan.
• Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure.
• Understand the organization’s performance improvement methodology to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and applicable state license to practice physical therapy.

Pay & Schedule

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
