Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Valparaiso, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 08/10/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid IN License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
