Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Willingness to obtain Utah licensure.

Pay

Pay range: $1,516.52 - $1,592.35 weekly.

Schedule

12-Hour Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00 (Rotating shifts to meet operational needs).

Pay Package
