LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Eufaula, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Alabama.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs).
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Ability to adapt to various patient populations and settings.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
