Travel Physical Therapist - $1,744 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting ASAP in Lexington, Kentucky. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Kentucky
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
