Travel Physical Therapist - $1,726 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Boaz, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.
