Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Collaborate with a dedicated therapy team in a patient-first care environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed).
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
