Travel Physical Therapist - $1,699 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Gardendale, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting
• Valid AL License
• BLS Certification

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Alabama
