About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Crestwood, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACOTE accredited Physical Therapy program
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
