Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACLS certification required.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current therapeutic techniques.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation.

Pay
