About the role
Location: Ardmore, Tennessee. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 32 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
- Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
- Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
- Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care
- Understand adaptive equipment
- Evaluate and create a plan of care
- Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
- Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience (1 year preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Current BLS certification
- State‑specific Physical Therapist license
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and to bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 32.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
