Travel Physical Therapist - $1,647 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Waterloo, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques.
• Knowledgeable in orthopedic, neurological, and sports rehabilitation.
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning.
