Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Atoka, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid TN License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license to practice in Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
