Travel Physical Therapist - $1,575 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for acute care hospital contract assignments in Port Charlotte, Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
• Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Florida
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel

Schedule

• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts

Pay

• $1,420 - $1,575 per week*
