Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lexington, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Start date: August 31, 2026. Schedule: five 8-hour day shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established plan of care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid South Carolina PT license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
