Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Palm Coast, Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy care to patients in the assigned setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a similar setting.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in developing and implementing therapeutic exercise programs.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and evaluations.
• Knowledge of modalities and techniques used in physical therapy.

Pay

Competitive pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 30 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
