About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Ashland, Wisconsin. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM-CPT certification preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Pay
