Travel Pharmacist - Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Verify and fill medication orders
• Monitor patient therapies
• Provide drug information
• Identify safety hazards
• Document interactions
• Supervise support staff
• Process medication orders in compliance with policies
• Ensure safe and effective medication use
• Conduct medication utilization reports
• Perform quality assurance
• Participate in clinical rounds and medication management
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with leadership and procurement
• Recommend process improvements
• Perform related duties

Qualifications & Skills

• Pharmacist license in the state
• Graduate of pharmacy school
• Paid one year of technical and inpatient clinical experience preferred
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS or equivalents

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of medication safety, regulatory standards, and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Ability to ensure optimal medication therapy and participate in quality improvement initiatives
