Responsibilities
- Verify and fill medication orders
- Monitor patient therapies

- Process medication orders in compliance with policies
- Ensure safe and effective medication use
- Conduct medication utilization reports
- Perform quality assurance
- Participate in clinical rounds and medication management
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with leadership and procurement
- Recommend process improvements
- Perform related duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Pharmacist license in the state
- Graduate of pharmacy school
- Paid one year of technical and inpatient clinical experience preferred
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS or equivalents
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of medication safety, regulatory standards, and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ability to ensure optimal medication therapy and participate in quality improvement initiatives
