Responsibilities
- Verify and dispense medication orders
- Maintain monitoring of patient medication therapies
- Ensure safe and effective drug utilization
- Provide drug information to providers and staff
- Review medication safety and interactions
- Support clinical pharmacy operations
- Participate in on-call pharmacy coverage when needed
Requirements
- Active Nebraska Pharmacist License
- Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy
- PharmD preferred
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
