Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for appropriateness
• Provide pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation dosing
• Participate in medication reconciliation and discharge education
• Oversee pharmaceutical compounding compliance with USP 797 and USP 800
• Operate Omnicell medication dispensing systems

Requirements

• Wisconsin Pharmacy Licensure in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Recent acute hospital experience

Certifications

• BLS Certification

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12‑hour day shifts (06:30–19:00 with 30‑minute unpaid lunch) or 8‑hour shifts (08:00–16:00)
• Self‑scheduling potential to support work‑life balance
