Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Zanesville, Ohio. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/26/2026, with 40 hours per week on 8-hour flexible shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Schedule

The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts. Candidates must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts. Typical shifts will be from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with weekend hours varying based on staffing needs. Holiday coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication management, safety, and efficacy evaluations.
• Utilize pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly for vancomycin.
• Manage warfarin therapy, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
