About the Role
Slate Healthcare is seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacist for a travel assignment at Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center in Bandon, Oregon. This is a strictly retail outpatient pharmacy position with no inpatient hospital pharmacy responsibilities. Candidates must hold an active Oregon pharmacist license.
Requirements
- Active Oregon pharmacist license in hand
- Retail pharmacy experience
Schedule
- Variable day shifts, including weekday and weekend coverage
- Weekday shifts: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM or 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, with lunch breaks
- Saturday/Sunday shifts: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM
- Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday–Sunday, 8 AM–1 PM
