About the role

Inpatient Pharmacist (Pharmacist Inpatient) – The organization is seeking an experienced Interim Pharmacy Director to lead the inpatient pharmacy operations. The role involves overseeing daily pharmacy activities, collaborating directly with hospital physicians, and managing pharmacy staff. The position begins in October to facilitate a smooth transition due to the retiring director. This role is specifically for an Interim Pharmacy Director responsible for inpatient pharmacy management, starting in October to replace the current director retiring in November.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy activities
• Collaborate directly with hospital physicians
• Manage pharmacy staff
• Work directly with hospital doctors in an inpatient setting

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of Director/management experience in a healthcare setting
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar management role in inpatient pharmacy care
• No intravenous (IV) experience required

Schedule

Day shifts, 8‑hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
