About the role
OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 23-week assignment starting on July 13, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Affirms appropriateness of and completeness of prescriptions and medication orders.
- Maintains drug therapy by evaluating patient medical history, clinically significant drug interactions, adverse reactions, therapeutic duplications, drug dosage, and compliance with prescription order.
- Suggests appropriate therapeutic interchanges.
- Evaluates, expands, and manages the daily medication formulary.
- Collaborates with medical staff in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Presents medications informally and formally to executive and clinical staff.
Requirements
- A current, valid, unrestricted Pharmacist license issued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days shift.
- Travel employment type.
