HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication therapy management services
- Administer medications according to physician orders
- Assist patients with understanding their medications
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program
- Passing score on the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE)
