Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of SLP experience
- Treat patients from newborn to geriatric
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Oklahoma SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- BLS Certification (Healthcare Provider)
- Experience treating pediatric patients
- COVID Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
