Assignment Overview
- Outpatient pediatric and adult settings, with cross-training for hospital acute care services and swallowing studies
- 1:1 patient caseload
- Patients range from newborn to geriatric
- Diagnoses include autism spectrum disorder, speech delay, sensory disorders, food aversion, TBI, CVA, and AAC device management
- Modified Barium Swallow Studies Monday through Friday, day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5x8-hour shifts)
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Active Oklahoma SLP license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides speech, language, swallowing, and AAC evaluations and treatment across outpatient pediatric, outpatient adult, and inpatient acute care settings
- Cross-training for acute care services and swallowing studies is expected as part of this role
- Works with a diverse diagnostic caseload including complex neurological and developmental conditions
