Job Details
Pediatric RN position at Spaulding Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system.
36 hours per week with rotating day and evening shifts. Every other weekend required. Combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts.
Job Requirements
- Valid nursing license for Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted)
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
- Must complete MGB Skills Checklist within 1 year of submission
- Must provide 2 references within 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Must submit MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
- Must complete MGB Spaulding Orientation Summary
- Must complete MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form upon acceptance and updates if start date changes
- Must comply with MGB Nurse Aide Registry check within 30 days of start
- Must complete MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start and updated if >6 month break
- Must complete MGB Massachusetts CORI within 30 days prior to start and updated if >6 month break
- Must complete MGB Education Verification through background check company
- Must complete MGB SSN Trace with criminal check
- Must complete MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Must complete MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually
- Must complete MGB Beeline Attestation after registration
- Must provide documentation of immunizations and health screenings including MMR, TB test, Fit Test (N95), Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation, Health Statement, and Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray if applicable
Schedule Information
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day and evening shifts

Additional Details
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- Fit Test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form and cannot be done onsite
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for Fit Test
- Updates for Fit Test can be done at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if traveler extends beyond original assignment
- TB test documentation must be within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Health Statement must be signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Criminal background check includes county and international residence history for last 7 years
- Any record(s) from background checks must be vetted with MGH/Security for final decision
- Name change documentation required if credential documentation does not match current legal name
