About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in a critical care setting.
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective patient care.
Requirements
- 48 hours per week for 26 weeks.
- Two (2) years of respiratory care experience in a critical care setting preferred.
- Previous work in Children's only hospital preferred.
- Licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
- Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- BLS and ACLS certification from AHA.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Oklahoma.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pediatric respiratory care practices.
