Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments
• Monitoring using oximetry and capnography
• Reviewing chest x-rays
• Performing advanced procedures like bronchoscopies
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and responses
• Operating ventilatory and oxygen equipment
• Conducting pulmonary function tests
• Performing bedside procedures related to respiratory care
• Providing chest physiotherapy and tracheostomy care
• Evaluating and implementing treatment plans
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Delivering intensive respiratory therapy and patient transport as medically prescribed

Requirements

• Current Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT RRT) license
• 0 years of experience required
• Ability to operate ventilatory equipment

Schedule

Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
