About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of pediatric patients in the emergency room setting
- Assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Documentation of patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in pediatric emergency care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
